JASMER CHAUHAN (he/him)
My name is Jasmer Chauhan, and I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist. I understand that you may have some issues in your life that you want to address, and I think it is important that you choose a therapist who can help you with that. That's why I offer a free initial telephone or virtual consultation to make sure I have the skills, experience, and approach that suit you. This will also give you a chance to see if we can connect and work together in a way that feels comfortable for you. Besides the professional aspect of our work, there is also the personal aspect of feeling safe, supported, and listened to in the session.
We are all human, and we all face different challenges in life. By creating a safe and confidential space for you, we can start to explore your life experiences together. Working together as a team will ensure that you are the focus of our sessions and that we address your concerns in order of priority. Through our sessions, I will help you find ways to cope with your issues more positively and effectively. I will work with you to empower, motivate, and inspire you to become a better version of yourself.
My academic background and professional credentials include a Psychotherapy Masters degree from Middlesex University, accredited by The Society of Psychotherapy and Healing, and a Therapeutic Counselling qualification from the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB). I have extensive experience and training in both fields of practice.
